💚Wellness Wednesday 💙 Huge shout out to this beautiful soul Chelsey. “So... We see weight loss transformation and muscle growth transformations all the time, am I right? Because we all know, we have BOMB products. (See my weight loss photos in the comments) What happens though inside is the truly remarkable thing. I'm not talking organs here people. I'm talking in your soul. Let's get real here, real vulnerability. You see that girl on the left. She looks pretty fit, right? You're wrong. That girl on the left was stuck and sick. She had an eating disorder. She used laxatives and diuretics to get to that 👇🏼... She depleted her body of what it needed, all for what. To look how she thought others would think she needed to look. She landed herself in the hospital with anxiety attacks about electrolyte imbalances and heart problems. That girl on the left was so scared she had damaged her heart to the point she was afraid to give her husband and daughter the son and brother they deserved because she was afraid her heart wouldn't be strong enough for delivery. Because of this self destructive behavior, she slowed down her metabolism to the point that when by the grace of God she recovered from her disorder and was pregnant she gained 72 lbs with her baby. See that photo in the comments. Now to the girl on the right. She's vibrant and bright. Most of all. She's free. Free from the anxiety and the negativity. Free from a disorder that held her back from true potential. Free to be her best and show her kids that true health is not just physical but mental and emotional. She lives in a body she is proud of. A body she is grateful for. A body that could have been destroyed but pushed and pushed to get through to that better chapter. You might be going through something. Someone you know could be going through this. No one knew I did this. Until after it was too late. Always be kind, you never know how you can impact them by simply caring and being kind.”

💥A bowl of soup for breakfast or dinner with a few slices of bread or biscuits will satisfy your stomach without providing too much energy 💥Resources: - 2 tablespoons butter - 2 celery stalks - 1 diced onion - 1 clove of minced garlic - 350ml chicken broth - 300ml of fresh milk - 500g asparagus cut - 3 tablespoons minced coriander - 1 pinch of salt and pepper. 💥Perform: 👉Step 1: Heat the butter and sauté the celery, garlic and onion for about 2 minutes 👉Step 2: Add asparagus, mince smell into pan, season with salt and pepper to taste 👉Step 3: Pour chicken broth into a saucepan and asparagus mixture for about 20 - 25 minutes over low heat. 👉Step 4: Scoop the bamboo shoots into a blender and puree with milk. I'm so excited you guys! I'm coming right out and telling you that today marks the beginning of a whole new chapter in my life! To be honest, I’ve let food take control again! 🤦🏽‍♀️ It is a battle/choice EVERY.SINGLE.MINUTE of EVERY.SINGLE. DAY! My journey is a marathon, not a sprint!! I am so thankful that I have partnered with my health and wellness company to help me along the way.
