Eat the food that you like…
Counting calories is about counting food NOT about giving your body what YOU need.
I have counted calories, macros, fasted, consumed pills and followed many fad diets and it actually HURT my relationship with food.
I would constantly under or over eat and it was not a healthy lifestyle!
When I was consistently counting I was focused on food and not in a good way!
Nutrition should be easy and not something to obsess about daily.
I found my freedom.
There is not one numeric system that everyone should follow.
I am not a rule follower, I like my freedom, see my story for more!
