to be real, i’m feeling more like garbage than a beacon of health today 🤷🏼♀️ caught some kind of cold as we transition into the dry heat of summer here in the desert...so, i let my body rest for about four hours today. uninterrupted. i needed it.
now, i’m having a green drink w/ spinach, frozen zucchini, bluebs, an alkalinizing green mix, maca and filtered water. 🌱🌱
i haven’t been able to work out in 5 days, before this i had bad cramps cause #flo. again, health doesn’t mean you never get sick or feel down. it’s about knowing tricks to heal your body ... and understanding sometimes all you need to do is REST, relax, and let go of the idea of control. your body knows what it needs if you can just listen. 😌🌵 part of why i started this account: to share with others my journey to recognizing your body is ALWAYS talking. just shhhh and listen ❤️
