It’s a hot one in AZ and there are excessive heat warnings in effect all over the state.
Here are 5 ways to stay hydrated:
1) Track your water consumption. There are apps that can help you do this, or you can just make a note on a piece of paper. When I feel like I haven’t been drinking enough water, I’ll record my hydration data in my @fitbit app.
2) Get yourself a cute bottle. Reusable bottles are better for the environment and are more fun to carry around with you, especially when they are cute. I have multiple bottles that I keep full and ready to go. This is my lavender @hydroflask that I covered in my favorite stickers @annotatedaudrey.
3) Drink other unsweetened beverages, like hot or iced tea. I personally reach my hydration goal with the help of 2 cups of tea daily. Another option: Drink bubbly water or infuse your water with lemon or herbs for a hint of flavor.
4) Drink water first thing in the morning. After a long night of not consuming water, it’s easy to feel dehydrated. Drink water first thing (before coffee) to avoid that gross dehydrated feeling.
5)Make sure you have access to a bathroom. This is not a joke. Drinking tons of fluids means you will need to hit the restroom all the time. 🌵Alright that’s it for my hydration tips!
